Joe "Scar" scarrella
Certified Strength & Conditioning coach and Personal trainer
Joe Scarrella, MS, received his Strength & Conditioning and Personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2022. Since graduating from St. Cloud State in 2019, with a Bachelors of Science degree, "Scar" has found a passion in coaching youth hockey for both the CCM High Performance League and the Waconia Hockey Association.

It was in coaching the elite 14-year-old level that Scar realized the need for a strength and conditioning facility that targets young adults and puts an emphasis on gym culture.
